All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. The hotel felt safe and was 5 minutes walk away from Sforzesco Castle and within easy walking distance of the Duomo and neighbouring shopping areas.

This is the hotel where we started and ended our tour of Italy. The staff was extremely helpful in all ways. The breakfast was delicious and so many choices!!! They even gave us umbrellas to use when it rained.The hotel was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
