"Friendly staff, very helpful especially Salvadore, who recommended a lovely restaurant. Centrally located hotel, easy walk to Duomo and other attractions. Only negative was no availability of coffee the room, I dont like tea. Breakfast was good "

"Nice historical building and close to central. We had couple of issues: The internet wasn’t working and the TV was only in Italian. On the second night there was a cleaning happening in the rooms above us at 1AM!!!! Loud hoover and ppl talking/ walking. We were not able to go sleep till 3am. We stayed in many hotels but never been kept awake by the cleaning at night!"
