"I spent 1 night here and I can say that this hotel needs to be closed down. There are holes in the sheets, broken things both in the room and in the corridors... things that the staff thought it best to "fix" with tape because fixing things properly is apparently too difficult. The elevator doesn't work and guests have to climb 5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases, but the staff doesn't offer to help. "The hotel is an excellent place walking distance to all important part of Milan. Transportation, sightseeing, great shopping, nearby park and tons of restaurants. The staff were very nice specially the lady at front desk who checked us in. They provide toothbrushes and shaving kit upon request. Very helpful with giving directions. Great hotel the room had great view 505. Will recommend for sure. Very safe area."
