"The hotel is an excellent place walking distance to all important part of Milan. Transportation, sightseeing, great shopping, nearby park and tons of restaurants. The staff were very nice specially the lady at front desk who checked us in. They provide toothbrushes and shaving kit upon request. Very helpful with giving directions. Great hotel the room had great view 505. Will recommend for sure. Very safe area."

"The hotel was great, clean and excellent customer service. There was always someone on the desk when we went in and out. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The rooftop bar had a really nice atmosphere and stunning views. The location was right by the main shops, restaurants and Duomo Cathedral, but at the same time just tucked around the corner so it wasn’t too busy outside the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend. "

"The hotel was super good and in a great position. I had a fun check in as they gave me a room which wasn’t clean, then I had to wait for another one to be available. I have used their laundry service and they lost my pj which was found the day after. I would expect a bit of discount for the incovenience on this but nothing. "
