The rooms are smal but that’s normal for Japan so just be aware of that when booking, breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful with sending our luggage to our next hotel. "We had a great stay at Disney Ambassador. Close to public transport so getting to hotel was easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by also which was great. Room and staff were great and we had a great Disney experience here. Shuttle bus to parks were also convenient and easy to use."

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. What truly set this place apart was their thoughtful approach to family travel. They went above and beyond by providing essential items like diapers and pajamas, which made our stay so much more convenient and stress-free.
