"Close location to downtown, great Bishop Arts district location with restaurants and shops. House is very clean, and accommodating. Live-in tenant down stairs is friendly but dog barks a lot at strangers. Driveway and parking is very narrow and difficult to navigating in poor weather. "

"The location is certainly excellent. Accessible to everything that we were hoping for. Restaurants, the United Center for the basketball game we came to attend. Property needs a bit of a facelift. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Whole foods right across the street was a bonus. Plenty of towels and linens. Remote controls for the TVs were all dead so we had to buy our own AAA batteries which was kind of. M annoying.k Propefacelift"

"We had a wonderful experience. My family was here for a wedding. This was a wonderful location to stay. It suited our needs for a large group. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The location was nice because it was near a park with a huge water feature. It was also close to highways and expressways. We loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house was cozy and inviting. It is near everything. The only thing needed was the bathroom tile needs to be updated but i still gove it an excellent rating!!"

"The house was very spacious and accommodated a larger group of adults very comfortably with 6 nice bedrooms and plenty of private bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"I enjoyed my stay here! Communication was great with the host, trying to get in was a little difficult but the host directed me through. Place was exactly like the pictures and described, didn’t really like the parking it was on the hill and scraped up my car so I had to park on the street. Overall 8/10"

"We were supposed to be in a different unit but were contacted by the owner that the unit flooded and was given a different unit. At first look the home seemed perfect but once we got in and checked the entire home we were not pleased with what we saw. I don't think this place is/was ready for anyone to occupy."

"There are a ton of beds (and all were comfy) at this property and it’s certainly spacious. Met all our needs for the long weekend in town. Kids enjoyed the arcade game and the upstairs space, along with the legos."

"This cute house was perfect for our family that was attending an event at the AT&T stadium. We were able to walk to the stadium and back. The game room was great for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and wonderful to work with."

"The property was in a great location. Near a gas station, shopping, dining and all within just a short travel distance down the street. It accommodated my party of 6 very nicely. The property was clean and roomy. Communication with the owners was excellent."

"My son and my overall had a great experience at this place. The building is a little older, but inside is good ebough for what we needed. Had no problems with neighbors or the area it is in. The hosts were very responsive with messages. I would definitely stay again."

"Our group enjoyed hanging out in the spacious living room & kitchen! The beds and bedrooms were perfect for sleeping 16! The oversized master bedroom and bath is very accommodating."

"Very nice hotel friendly staff as well however i didnt relaixe it was more of a modern vibe young people loud music right across at the bar and grill and not too kids friendly. Great place for friends to hang out maybe a bachlor party or something like that. But that was on me."
