"The owners were GREAT to communicate with and they were extremely accessible from the date of booking all the way through the visit and through to the end. Really easy to communicate with via the app. The property itself was a little dated, older, and the housekeeper didnt do a very good job of getting the property ready for our stay. we got there and there was dirty rooms, no toilet paper, and there was a LOT of trash out in the back where we were supposed to dump ours. "There are a ton of beds (and all were comfy) at this property and it’s certainly spacious. Met all our needs for the long weekend in town. Kids enjoyed the arcade game and the upstairs space, along with the legos."

"The property is accurately represented in the photos. Pat was responsive before and during our trip. The dining set up is not great for more than six people at once, between limited tight seating and limited numbers of dishes/silverware. My kids all loved the pool table and really wanted the pool to work out but the water and weather were just too chilly!"

"The house is large, lots of beds for a family of 13. Ages 1 to 64. The house is centrally located for the DFW area attractions that appeal to a family on Spring Break. Excellent response time with the owner when it was needed. The pool was cold. One grandson braved a quick pool plunge. The hot tub was great. The cover was split. Unfortunately, the Texas sun does that to tub covers. We would definitely choose this property again if the need arrives. "
