"Communication with management/owner was not very good. I was unprepared for the check-in process. It was different than any other check in process. Having to download apps and have separate security deposits taken at check-in was horrible and inconvenient. The location was great for walking to the convention center and restaurants in the middle of town. The apartment was very nice, a little bit noisy but fulfilled our requirements."

The American Airlines Center and all its amenities were quite close as well! The building itself had some great security guards and gated garages ensuring that it was quite safe.
