"Close location to downtown, great Bishop Arts district location with restaurants and shops. House is very clean, and accommodating. Live-in tenant down stairs is friendly but dog barks a lot at strangers. Driveway and parking is very narrow and difficult to navigating in poor weather. "

"We had a wonderful experience. My family was here for a wedding. This was a wonderful location to stay. It suited our needs for a large group. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The location was nice because it was near a park with a huge water feature. It was also close to highways and expressways. We loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house was cozy and inviting. It is near everything. The only thing needed was the bathroom tile needs to be updated but i still gove it an excellent rating!!"

"This place is great, when we first pulled in wasn't too sure about the neighborhood, there were a couple of older homes that are being renovated. Wasn't sure if there was going to be any nose. Our concerns were placed to rest after first night. This is our first VRBO rental that has a garage that is fully functional and you can park in with a garage opener. This was an added bonus. "We were in town for FW Stock Show and The Stockyard Exchange was a great place to stay! There is a lot of personality in this 3 bedroom house. It was fun to learn more about some of the antiques and unique decorations. It’s an older home with modern updates. Beds were comfy, coffee was stocked and it was conveniently located to many places while keeping us in a neighborhood setting. Our hosts were great with communication and responsive if we needed help with something. "

"We visited for a wedding and needed a central location. The house was in a great spot, not too busy, close to anything we needed, and close to relatives and venue. We were able to walk to the nature park nearby, so that was a bonus.The house was spacious and well stocked for our short stay. The owners were quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. The beds and living spaces were comfortable.My only reason for not giving five stars is that the house smelled a bit like smoke and the yard...
