"Very nice hotel in Toulouse. Fantastic and friendly staff. The hotel has seen its better days for wear and tear though. Carpets are stained and haven’t been changed in many years. Water stains on all the marble in the bathrooms is odd because one person armed with a spray bottle of polish and a floor or handheld buffer could restore the marble in 3-4 hours to look perfect. The location is super central, easy to get to, and walkable to all the main tourist spots, with great restaurants right nearby. I really appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout until I had to go to the airport. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit."
