"This hotel was extremely expensive. While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could...

"The hotel itself is beginning to look a little dated compared to othe ibises, but it was clean and tidy and had the usual ibis comfort, however what it lacked in modernness it more than made up for by it’s amazing staff , a special mention has to go the young man who greeted me on my very late arrival was so friendly, polite and welcoming , but all the other staff were equally as nice . They are a credit to the ibis name "

"Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs.
