"Everything was as told to us before arriving. The place is cozy, clean, well-equipped, warm and dry. Parking seemed tight, but we had no problem in the end. My only concern was that because we did not know the exact location ahead of time, we allowed ourselves to believe that there was a water view. There isn't, but the best of Rockport and the sea are both a short stroll."
