"The home was nicely furnished with three living room areas, a complete kitchen with every thing you need, four bedrooms with comfortable bedding, three full bathrooms and linens supplied. We very much enjoyed the party house right on the river and the adjacent fire pit with comfortable benches. The driveway to the home is steep but very negotiable for cars and motorcycles. We enjoyed the time so much we are considering coming back next year."

"I, my partner, and my two adult children stayed here for two nights to see all the local Mothman attractions. The house is beautiful, and was very clean. The decor was a perfect mix of vintage charm and cryptid flare. There were a couple things I would have liked to know going in, but they weren't a big enough deal to take away any stars. 1) The master bedroom is attached to the kitchen, and there is no real privacy for that room. We made it work, so it was fine, but that wasn't clear (to me)...

"This home was the perfect accommodation for us as we moved our daughter to grad school. While we only used the home for sleep and showers, everything we could have needed appeared to be there. The location was perfect as it was right near OU! Mitch was very responsive to any questions I had. I will definitely rebook this home for future visits to Athens!"

"Beautiful tiny home. Quiet area with a large patio that faces the woods! (Khyla) p we deft size for my mom and I. Had all of the amenities that we needed! The only con I would give that is fixable is that the bed had someone else’s hair all over the fitted sheet and pillows that were on the side near the wall. This con did not ruin our trip at all! Thank you for this beautiful, safe and quiet place to enjoy time with my mom for her 70th birthday! "
