"We needed a place to stay near the university not in the thick of things. This home was perfection! A reasonable drive (about 15 minutes) to where we needed to go at O.U. The space itself is extremely well thought out. From the outside the home looks mid/small, but the way everything was set up made maximal use of an interior that is actually huge! "We absolutely loved staying at this house. It had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were more than accommodating and welcoming. The lake was beautiful and you could see so many stars at night due to no/very little light polution. "

"Gallapolis by the River was a treat. Classic older home right on the river that’s been well maintained and has comfortable furnishings and beds. Very short walk to City Park and with convenient parking right in front. View of the River from the back deck couldn’t be any better. Downstairs bathroom is a little snug for tall guys but is very much in keeping with the charm of the home. My family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again."
