This was a comfortable and well-appointed place to return to every evening to relax, stretch out, unwind, and get a good night's sleep. "This stay was wonderful! It is a large loft (master BR, large kitchen and a good-sized living room) on top of the horse barn. There is also a big porch to view all the horse activities. It was wonderful to watch them in the pasture in the evenings and early mornings - similar to watching boats moored at night. Very peaceful!"

"My solo visit for 4 nights could not have been easier at the Mandarin Pearl. Owner was very attentive/responsive leading into my arrival and I never needed anything from him during my stay. I did not need to use the yard. I did need to use the shower and it could best be described as worn but clean. All in all, the Pearl was clean, suited my needs and was easy to access. There might not a better walk to coffee/breakfast in America than the mere steps from the Pearl to Bagels R Us."

"The pictures of this property make it look a lot better than it is. There were holes in the walls, a huge gap in the side door, and other defects such as a sink faucet that was barely attached. There was no soap/shampoo, no internet and the remotes for the TV did not work. The host was kind and check in was good, but this place could use some serious TLC. Also, please be cautious when booking this place because the surrounding neighborhood is suspect. There were people sifting through trash and...

"This house is perfect for family vacation. They have toys for the kids which was very helpful whenever we were home. There is a shaded park in walking distance which was great for evening and early morning walks. The house is VERY clean and well kept. Having access to the garage was very convenient. Next time we come into town we will absolutely be staying here ! "

"As a girls weekend getaway, we felt totally safe in this family feel neighborhood. Seems to be in a good area of Fleming Island. We were perfect distance between Green Cove Springs and Thrasher Horne Center in Orange Park where we wanted to be. Supermarket & some restaurants in reasonable driving distance. Management was instantly responsive and wonderfully understanding when I had confusion over the lock. My confusion, not theirs, I'm older and do not have much experience with door codes. ...

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"
