"When we arrive at the room the room had not been cleaned, there was hair everywhere, the condition of the room, which I took pictures of, was poor and no plug for the bath, I told the staff about the room and they cleaned it and apologised but this should have happened "

H.C knew about the lack of availability 2 days before I was told (1 hour before check in). So, with no time to find a alternative my weekend was ruined. "The bar and restautant both closed, not advertised on booking. No turndown service on any day, no wifi, one member of staff. The one member of staff on duty was smoking weed on the front step of the hotel... so great service"

"Always a wonderful stay here, we come often. Such a lovely receptionist who checked us in yesterday. Like a ray of sunshine. The food was delicious as always. No noises at all at night, complete peace and quiet. We will continue to return."
