First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. There was also a small car park up the road which you have to pay to park but I would be wary to anyone thinking of leaving a vehicle in there as we parked up in there debating what to do and saw some things that would make you question if your vehicle would be okay to leave in there.
Secondly after going through emails even junk mail I had noticed we had not received an email with a code to get into the building or notification of which apartment we were staying in, I had to call the number on the booking email for it to go straight to voicemail so obviously left a message, 20mins had gone by and no response, so I messaged and then waited some more, finally recieved a text message and then a call to which I was told I was sent an email with the entry code but I hadn't so I was sent a message with this information, but after all this messing around we were fed up at this point but we agreed to unpack the car and go from there.
