"Parking was not fun, parking was 3 blocks away. Rooms were clean and nice, check in was easy once we arrived at right building but had to go to 3 buildings sites to get right one, because one in email was wrong. But would definitely stay again!"

The staff were not only friendly but also highly professional, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved dining at the hotel’s restaurant and relaxing at the Wet Pool Bar, where the pool staff provided exceptional service. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last—we can’t wait to return!"

"Hotel was amply lush inside and out. Staff was great though most spoke Spanish only. Room was great though bathroom is large but badly organized with no door on the toilet area and a huge tub but a tiny shower - and no real shade on the bathroom to the bedroom. For the price (and I had the no discount or air miles price) those things should be fixed."

"The hotel in general is really nice including the grounds and rooms. The staff is friendly and would generally do what you ask for.. The big downside is that by 1pm you will have no sun by the pool at all as the building is blocking it…. "
