"The property had a style befitting the coastal area of Palermo, was very comfortable and accomodating, and had friendly staff. Being so close to a walking friendly area and the coast made it easy tl explore and enjoy our time there to the fullest."

"Friendly, relaxed stay for 3 nights. Staff were just lovely, couldn't be more helpful. Clean, large room with a view out over the street, but still quiet. It was a little bit out of the main town, about a 25 minute walk to the train station, but there is an airport bus stop just a 5 minute walk away, and all the sights are walkable - Palermo isn't a large city. Breakfast was usual Italian fare, plenty to start the day, and great strong coffee to wake you up! Great choice of restaurants and bars...

"The design and interior was lovely. The place was a little dusty and was disappointed that i couldn't open the balcony shutters as it was locked with a chain. There was also some mildew in the shower. I also asked for an extra blanket because I was cold and didn't want to sleep with the heating on to avoid getting sick, but I didn't get a response back or a blanket"

"We enjoyed this BnB very much. Positives were the room size, the location and the superb restaurant on the ground floor. Recommendations would be different towels, some artwork on the spartan walls and some rugs on the tile floors. These would make the property a 5 star recommendation."

"We gad a great time. Nicolo was very helpful and hospitable. The property is very close to the train station and so you're walking less than three or four minutes to get there. We had an early flight out of Palermo and so we needed to be as close as possible to the train station to catch that flight. This is not a quiet area. But, none of downtown Palermo is quiet. If you are a light sleeper or if you simply do not like street noise, this will not work for you. I'm just giving you a heads...

"Overall great. Checkin was difficult as had to figure out where different hotel for checkin was located. We were then referred back to our hotel for Checkin. Also breakfast was st that other hotel. So confusing but all worked out. Very central location. Clean, comfortable. "
