"We came off the ferry at 5 am, and we were thankfully allowed to check Into a vacant room as soon as the reception was open (8:30 am) in order to take a nap before exploring the town. Giada was lovely and helpful with a booking error as well. It's a really cool, stylish little hotel in a very walkable area near the old port. "Friendly, relaxed stay for 3 nights. Staff were just lovely, couldn't be more helpful. Clean, large room with a view out over the street, but still quiet. It was a little bit out of the main town, about a 25 minute walk to the train station, but there is an airport bus stop just a 5 minute walk away, and all the sights are walkable - Palermo isn't a large city. Breakfast was usual Italian fare, plenty to start the day, and great strong coffee to wake you up! Great choice of restaurants and bars...

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
