"Virginia, was a spectacular host. I completely botched the day I was flying out and had to arrive at the property at 0900 instead of 2350. Virginia adjusted smoothly. She had the taxi that was originally scheduled for 2350 moved up to meet us at 0900, she met us at the apartment, and sat with us to go over some of the best attractions and places to eat. "The apartment is in a historic palazzo with a large courtyard behind huge ancient doors from the street. There is a marble staircase that leads up to the unit. All is rustic & elegant at the same time. The unit is large and the bedroom/ sitting room has a beautiful frescoed ceiling and two large windows that open on to small secant street with another palazzo across. "The location was great. The shower did not drain. We agreed to meet at 3:30 over the phone and then no one showed up until 4:15. Massimo was very helpful with troubleshooting and recommendations but did not know about the meeting time. "

"Great property overall, it had everything we needed, including a washer. The only thing that was missing was dish soap and towel to clean the dishes, this was very minor though.
