"Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...

"Stayed to attend an event at Mesa Athletics Grounds. Glad that it was a short ride there. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and offered complimentary coffee in lobby. Desk personnel friendly. and helpful. One suggestion for room: should have a mirror over dresser or elsewhere in room (besides bathroom). "

"The hotel was great hot tub was nice. We had Suite plenty of room. Patio door a set of table and chairs right outside. Parking was easy. Plenty of food shopping and bars near by. Breakfast was great. Customer service was great. They held our luggage till our flight the day of check out. Would stay again for sure. "
