"We stayed for week and loved the staffs friendliness.. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for what we were doing . Location also convenient to the airport. Asked if kitchen supplies were furnished and was told no. Then read that the supplies ould be purched. That would have been nice to know earlier in the week. Only true disapointment was one flat pillow per person. We went to the store and bought cheap pillows."

"The room was a little run down. Chips in the counter to the kitchen area. Bathroom door squeaking when shut. Plaster chipped behind bathroom door. Otherwise, it was nice and quiet."

"No Kleenex; no hair dryer; no bedspread on the bed; only two wall outlets in the entire room, none in the bathroom area; no decoration whatsoever—no art on the walls, few furnishings, and what there was was cheap, ugly, and old. TV menu listed the program I wanted to see, but when I put in the number for the station, there was no service. Coffee was served at the registration desk area “6am - 10 am only.” Went down there at 6:20 am and found the door locked, with a sign that said back at 6:20....

"I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside...
