Let's see. I mistakenly booked my stay short by one day while you wouldn't think was a big deal but it certainly was . I tried to book another day through Expedia but couldn't and was referred to the reservation desk. The reservation desk closed at 7pm so next day should. E fine. When I spoke to the reservation desk they assured me that I was getting the lowest and best price available. Turns out it was more than double per night than what I paid . I was in a bind and had to have an extra night. When asking the reservation agent about a late check out I was assured inec again that it would be no problem for a $30 fee. Ok ya got me again. Long story short tried to get a late check out and no way we can't do it"according to the front desk" apparently the reservation desk and the front desk can't communicate with each other which is weird. The resort is landlocked and small. Reminds me of an older apartment complex that they call a resort. The fact that the advetise the lowest Price is false. Go through Expedia and it will be half of what they charge you at the reservation desk.

For the most part, the property is very nice. Some of the rooms are remodeled and some are not. My first room was not remodeled, then I moved to a remodeled room. The issue with both rooms is the the door to the adjacent room is very thin and it sounds like people in the other room are in your room with you. Other than that, the property was nice.

Great alternative to an Air B&B if travelling as a couple. Nice to have the full size kitchen and living room. The furnishings are dated but still in generally good condition. Would stay here again without hesitation. Only issue is limited parking near the unit we had which wasn’t a huge issue just a little inconvenient.

After I tried to check in they told me it was $150 non-refundable deposit for my dog and another $100 for incidentals which I was on aware of. Then told me it would be 10 days before I could get a refund when I told him I didn't want to stay there now

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and were excited to stay again. This time our room had a lot of ants and fuzzy bugs, so much so we had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to come and spray. Also the door had knuckle prints all over it; it looked as if someone tried to bust the door down. It was unfortunate as we had such a pleasant and nice time before.
