Find Hotel with a Concierge in Mesa, AZ

"Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...

"We stayed here for 1 week and had a very comfortable stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Particularly Tiffany in the kitchen who went out of her way to accommodate us. I would certainly recommend this hotel. "

"In town for 8123 fest and the hotel was the perfect location right beside the Amphitheatre. The room was quite big with both a king and a pullout sofa. The bathroom pretty much standard. Enjoyed the fact that the bar served drinks till at least 11!. Breakfast was pretty good and a decent price. "
