"Fantastic bach right on the estuary. Great for a family weekend away. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and modernised. Heat pump, heaters and fire made the bach very warm and cosy. Karitane has a wonderful peninsula walk and the boys enjoyed fishing off the wharf and kayaking in the estuary."

The view, the house, the astronomy lesson in a spa overlooking the ocean, and on our last night we had a Southern Lights solar spectacular that we don't think we will ever see again. 360 degrees solar light show. Glenn is so helpful and we really had everything we need! This stay was beyond words really."

"The property has an amazing view and is in a great location to explore downtown Dunedin. We loved the luxurious extras such as local soaps, beautiful art pieces, and delicious coffee. "The house is nestled in a beautiful, tranquil garden. The house itself has stunning printed high ceilings and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. I would recommend letting guests know beforehand there's no off-street parking and the walk up to the house is on quite a steep incline making it quite difficult for people with disabilities or the aged. All taken into consideration we would love to stay there again."
