One quick note: the TV in room #20 needs some maintenance. It will not turn on with the remote, you have to press the reset button on the back to turn it on. Other than that, no issues at all."

"I’ve been returning to this hotel for years whenever I visit Manchester, and it never disappoints. The rooms are consistently spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown, where you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and charming shops. However, during my last stay, my friend and I were surprised by an unexpected charge. We headed down to the self-serve ordinary breakfast buffet, and while a waiter kindly brought us coffee, we were shocked to discover a $50 charge per plate at the end of our meal. It would have been great to know in advance that what is often complimentary at other hotels came with such a hefty price tag here. "
