"I did alot of research before deciding on a place to stay for my business trip to Palm Springs, and The Dunes was a great choice. The check in was by far one of the most convenient options I ever had, and the area was very quiet right in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. I was in walking distance to many restaurants and the best part was The Grocery Outlet was directly across the street. It is very nicely remodeled. Every staff member was very welcoming and friendly, and the lobby smelled...

"I loved the super easy check-in & check-out process. We arrived after 9 pm so we loved just being able to complete everything by phone. Since we were only there 1 night I can’t say much about the property other than we loved the layout & location. Room was small and basic but clean and great price. "

"Loved this property!! My only complaints is the ac unit doesnt go below 68 in the rooms ... and normally that temp is fine, it was hot and stifling when in room and sleeping. Also light as a part of the backboard for bed doesnt have a switch to turn off. Its very bright when sleeping. "
