"Gorgeous setting in the woods! Wonderful craftsmanship! You have to spend time looking around the cabin to appreciate everything it has to offer. It was extremely clean and so very comfortable! Full of amenities, stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, games, and toys. Comfy beds. Plenty warm in the middle of winter. Short drive anywhere on the peninsula. A ton of care was put into building it, take care when staying here and keep it beautiful!"

"The Hazy Hideaway is a beautiful and very well maintained house. We had a few questions and Patrick responded immediately. We were snowed in for one day of our stay. With the surrounding trees, radiant floor heating and cabinet full of games— we had a very cozy and relaxing time. "

"The property suited our needs wonderfully! 3 couples stayed comfortably over the weekend. Garbage can pedal was broken and there was visible dust on the walls and air vents but that didn’t affect our wonderful Door County experience. "The Idlewild cabin is a perfect and well stocked cabin for an Ice Fishing Trip to the Little Sturgeon Bay area. The game room was a nice added bonus to the weekend. The shuffle board table is in good condition. The pool table just needs a new cue ball. Otherwise the cabin was comfy and the perfect location to the area. "

"The property was as described, and the amenities were more than one could ever ask for. It is an excellent location for families and couples alike. The property offered a cozy atmosphere and ample room. The views of the lake were relaxing and calming, evoking the tranquility we were looking for. "The house was perfect for our family. Everyone was able to have their own room and bed. Plenty of room to eat. Liked how it was so open - between the living room, kitchen and dining room area. Having the backyard fenced in was nice to have with 2 little ones. The house was stocked with everything that we needed. The downside to the house rental was the flies. There were flies everywhere so when we were cooking, or eating, and they were flying all around, it was kind of gross. "

"Very relaxing getaway to explore Door County! Even if it was wintertime, there's still so much to see and enjoy. I had to ask Emily a couple questions while we were there and she was very prompt with answering. Very easy check in and out process. The gameroom was awesome! Overall the property was very nice!"

"Had a great long weekend stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was flexible and accommodating as the dates we originally booked had to change and they made the adjustment easy for us. The place was stocked with all the necessary essentials. This is not a place to stay if you want to walk around from. It’s a drive to get to around to most places but we wanted the privacy and we were okay with driving. Great stay. Thank you!"

"My son and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home right on the Menominee during our visit to the Michigan UP. The host was responsive to our questions and the check-in went VERY smoothly, Property is whisper quiet after dark and we enjoyed listening to a nearby owl one evening."

"This is our second time staying at the Scandinavian. First time was in 2023. Last year we stayed at the Newport. Huge mistake and absolutely terrible experience. We came back to the Scandinavian and so glad we did! Front desk staff are so pleasant and helpful. Our room (209) was wonderful! A huge wrap around balcony, beds are SOOO comfortable and it’s just so cozy! We ended up adding one more night to our trip because of bad weather. (Snow storm and a 5 hour drive home- nope!!) Off season rates...
