"We arrived in the village and the barman of the main bar did not know the street of such a little village. not a good sign...after 45mn we found the place next to a 3 star hotel. and that's when we found out we could not access the room by car!! the road is too narrow and steep!!! what to do with so much luggage and 2 kids!!??"

"First, this is NOT a hotel. It is an apartment or "residence ". The view is breathtaking. The apartment pleasant. It would be great to stay for a long period of time. My only caution, there is no office or lobby. Contact the property by phone or email and setup a meeting time at gate. There is no WiFi or elevators, it is beautiful and comfortable. The property manager is willing to help and is resourceful. If you want a gorgeous view of Lake Como and want to stay a while, this is a nice choice. "
