"The best customer service i have received in my (not short) life. Gavin went way beyond good in that he drove to me when i was lost and my navigation not working, following which he then took me to the shops in his car in the dark and rain so as i could eat!"

"This building is old and damp in areas. However good value for money and central. My room was beautiful. Windows quite mucky. Reception lady polite and helpful. Continental breakfast disappointing. If your wanting a quiet stay this hotel is located directly in front of a very loud nightclub so take this into consideration on a Friday/ satarday night🙂"

"For us, the location was perfect and the view lovely. If you are seeking quiet, this isn't the spot for you. The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. "We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. "Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off. However they did provide a fan. Evening Food was good, breakfast was ok, with the exception of the poached egg, that was perfect. "

"The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay."

"It is a lovely apartment that met our needs. Beds were very comfortable and living room relaxing. Beautiful views from back of apartment. There are lovely walks for our dogs in the valley, it was only 15 minutes to the dog friendly end of the beach in Port Talbot. We had a great stay. "
