"Although a quiet area the lodges need some maintenance! Quiet dated property and room decor. The rooms feel very cold, especially for this time of year. I suppose the price per nght reflects this! Not a "bad" stay, just not the best."

"Perfect weekend away from busy London! We had the full spectrum of weather over the weekend (windy, sun, rain) but that didn't effect it - if anything we felt it added to our weekend there being so cosy."

"The property itself is beautiful and very well designed. It is quite special to see herons fly by as you sit in bed with a cup of tea. Before we arrived there was an issue with a storm causing a power cut and Sharon was very efficient in informing us of what was going on and providing pretty battery operated lighting for us. All in all it was a perfect experience."

"Alina at Premier Suites was exceptionally helpful—she promptly added our car registration to the bus lane exemption and was highly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the Oracle Shopping Centre. "Very clean and large rooms, best airport hotel I have been in for a while. Great dining options at the hotel restaurants with pizza and vegetarian healthy options. Gym and swimming pool if you would like to stay fit. Staff was helpful, hotel is very busy yet it felt quiet and calm, perfect to destress before or after your flights. Only downsides: 1) when I was calling the staff from the room it would take them a long time to pick up, often resulting in me having to call multiple times in a space of 15min. 2) they did not have a luggage scale. I think they could definitely work on providing one considering it's an airport hotel. Overall I highly reccommend this hotel. "
