The service was inconsistent, but after complaining about the Front Desk, the manager Karla, was wonderful in improving our experience for us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying there. The neighborhood is quite walkable and the location is fantastic."

You could hear the music from the bar across the street at night but didn't bother us at all. The washing machine was a life saver! Wish we would have spent more time on the terrace and jacuzzi. Only one tip is that common in Mexico City is that most places have fans not central AC. You don’t really need air-conditioning in Mexico City, but maybe ask for one of their fans when you check in.
