"Overall, I really liked my stay at Nido Parque Mexico. The two things that brought it to a 4 star were construction noise (very early!!!) and lack of any in-hotel solution for holding backs on the day you leave (which was not communicated up front). I was on the second, and at 5-6am there were tons of drilling coming from the floor below that was deafening. Thankfully it was only one of the 3 nights I stayed there. "Great property in a central location. Apartment was incredibly spacious with ample room for our family of five. Kitchen was great to have. Most places don’t have air conditioning in Mexico City but there were fans in each room and it cools down considerably at nighttime. A few minor things- no paper towels, water sometimes wouldn’t turn warm/hot, but manager was always available and receptive. Gym was great to have but bikes and treadmill could be replaced. Walkable to restaurants, shopping....

"The staff was lovely, the building was clean and in a nice, safe location. I really loved the layout of the hotel, the size of my room and the comfy bed. The roof top deck was really nice as well. My only complaint was the shower water was not warm or hot. I did enjoy a very hot jacuzzi though, so there’s definitely hot water on site, just not in the rooms? I was in and out pretty quick so it was ok for my stay but it is a shame about the showers because everything else was great. "

"La jente que trabaja abajo en el front desk son maravillosos. No me quería ir de lo bien que me trataron. Son de lo mejor . El servicio y el cuarto que tenía era súper. Ala próxima que vuelva regresaré aquí. También tenía muy linda vista en el cuarto y cada que llegaba siempre me abrían la puerta para entrar . Muy fancy. Me encantó.
