"Good check-in with upgrade to double (instead of two singles). Comfortable 3rd floor room. Tea/coffee making available. A short walk to Grot market & plenty of attractions & restaurants nearby. We didn’t choose their breakfast. We used the pool once, it is down two flights of stairs, the changing area is small, whilst it looked stylish, lacked any rails to enter pool. "

"Arrived at the hotel and personnel were friendly. The room was very very clean and the amenities were very plentiful and nice. Free wifi, parking and breakfast was good. Breakfast was more than expected; homemade omelets, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, coffees, chocolate, juices. For the price and comfort I would use Hobbit again."

"I am not sure whether this is rated as 3 star or 4 star hotel but I would rate it as 3 star hotel. It is good value for money. It is not central but it is very easy to walk into the old town (5-10mins) and the parking is no problem at all. The room sizes are good for a city hotel and their amenities are reasonable. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and the buffet breakfasts were good and the restaurant comfortable. However in my view the use of dark colours throughout the hotel is...

"It's a budget property, in a less than popular area, close the the midi station and a short walk to everything in the city centre. The out of hours arrangement was perfectly ok, though getting through the front door was challenging. All the icons were rubbed out, so makes it difficult to press the right keys, but they've promised to replace the key pad. Sadly the WiFi was none existent, pretty poor when all cafés and centres have copious WiFi in this developed city!! But sadly not at Smartflats...
