Due to the hidden location and lack of lit roads we found it challenging to navigate at night. Cell phone coverage and therefore GPS is limited. We preferred to drive during the day. We enjoyed our stay and the management was very responsive in communication. It would a wonderful place to stay in the summer. "

"Pros: Plenty of places to sleep, clean, well stocked, great location Cons: no wifi or tv (both were not listed on description so my fault not noticing), linens in primary bedroom were stained, biggest issue was when we took a shower the whole cabin would smell like rotten eggs (sulfar) and didn’t feel like we got clean with the water because of the smell. "We came up from Louisiana to meet family in Michigan for salmon fishing. The cottage was perfect and the location on the river was ideal for fishing. We'll be back! "

"We stayed in this cabin August 2024 and it definitely has the cabin smell that’s a little overwhelming when you first enter. It was fine for us to come back to in the evening after our day trips. Close to visit Ludington and Pentwater. Also Lake Michigan or inland Bass Lake for beach days. The carpet and couch could use a good shampoo otherwise, it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "

"The property could not have been any nicer. Wooded and secluded with deer, turkey and other critters playing around in the woods. We LOVED the cabin and all of it's amenities but we mostly enjoyed the private, relaxing peace and quiet ! We are from Ohio so the Cicadas are quite noisy when you are outside.
