"They didnt have any hot water when we checked in on sat evening. Said hot water would return till mon morning. I had also put in for a wheelchair accessible room and was not provided. Other than that the location is great. Right next to mall and couple of bars."

"Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. However, maintenance did not fix the issue so family members in that room took showers in our room. Another room lacked toiletries essentials no toilet tissue and no...

"Very hard beds, other than that it was a great stay & would go back again!"

"Room as cleaned daily. Beds on 4th floor were comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with a hot meal , fruits, pastries, waffles, and cereal. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Staff were helpful, observant, and friendly. Shuttle was available to airport and convention center. Happy hour was 4 to 7 in evenings with 2 free drinks. I will return to this location again due to close proximity to convention center, shopping and restaurants."
