From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. Each one greeted us with a warm “Namaste,” always wearing a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome with their top-tier hospitality. Additionally, as it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special. The hotel itself is luxurious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. However, one minor downside is its location—it is close to the airport but quite far from the city center, with no major shopping areas nearby. Traveling to historical sites and main attractions in Delhi can be time-consuming. It would be the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a free shuttle service for sightseeing, making it more convenient for guests who wish to explore the city.
