"The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I had realized that I was going to have a hold on my card for incidentals. The hold was placed with the explanation it would come off of my card immediately after I was checked out but that did not occur. Thankfully, I did not need the money to be released immediately but a realistic timeframe would have been appreciated. Otherwise I would stay here again with my family. "

Having the room for more than one night and not being cleaned by housekeeping, also I think we should have gotten a discount for staying multiple nights and having to pay full price each time "
