"We were drawn by the size of the home and the game/movie room upstairs as it was one aduly and two 12 year olds. It also appeared to be in a good location - not too far from shops, restaurants, Great Wolf Lodge - all perfect for a 3 night getaway. I would not describe the home as overly clean. Our feet and socks were black after walking around the home the first night. The first morning I grabbed a baking pan and it still had encrusted food on it. "Cozy but also spacious! Owner was very easy to get in touch with (not that we had many questions) neighbors were really friendly and we were super close to Charlotte as well as downtown Matthews. Everything we needed was in the house. Super comfortable stay and the house was really cute!"

"I cannot say enough about my wonderful stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my two month visit. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The hosts are lovely people, easily accessible and most accommodating."

"The house was clean and cute, no frills. Neighborhood seemed safe, but near the railroad in an area that seems to be a mixture of property types. Maybe that's why the security system was more than other places I've stayed.Would have appreciated a trash bag in the can and an ice maker."
