"The Family Tree is a lovely B&B in a beautiful part of the country. The room was clean, quiet and had everything that we could need and the breakfast was delicious. We only had one issue during our stay, relating to the heating in the room. This was dealt with swiftly by the management. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Had a brilliant weekend stay here, in a great location for visiting the shops in surrounding towns & adventuring in the beautiful Peak District. The room was a great size and the bathroom was huge! Lots of storage space for clothes too. Pretty sure we got an upgrade from what I had originally booked too! Everything was clean and the room was cleaned while we were out during the day. Breakfast was included in the booking and was very nice, with lots of choice and great service. Would definitely stay here again if I’m visiting the area again."

"The Old Lock Up was clean,warm, and welcoming. I stayed for 3 nights in the Solicitor's room, which I found pleasant and characterful, with a comfortable bed and a good sized ensuite. It was very quiet with really thick walls. The breakfast was great and beautifully cooked. The property is well situated a short walk from the centre of Wirksworth. I managed it easily even with a sprained ankle. I had a very pleasant stay."
