"Owners obviously take care to have a very clean, comfortable experience. Loved the pool, but sorry I didnt scroll down far enough on 1 VACASA message that said that 3 days prior to arrival, request pool heater be turned on. I had planned on on lot of water walking, but guess this is on me. One recommendation about Master BR bed-It was an uncomfortable mattress and wasnt too steady on its feet, so I slept in other room. Just an FYI, not complaining about this gorgeous setting. Also was spooked by...

"We had a great time at this house. The location was great, very nice walk to the beach, in between both the Times Square area to the north and the state park to the south. We loved hanging out on the front patio watching the sunset but it was great first thing throughout the day as well. The pool was very refreshing and perfect for after spending the day at the beach. We loved this location. Thank you!"

"We stayed in two different units for almost 2 months. The location is perfect!! Park your car- you don’t need one- and walk everywhere. Recommend renting chairs and umbrella at the beach, pizza at Peteys upper deck, Philly cheesesteaks at lani Kai, breakfast at moms down the street. You can’t beat the location of this place. Nice neighbors, pool, and beach across the street. "

"Sanibel is back! Condo was everything we could ask for! It was well decorated, well stocked with what you need at beach, and location unparalleled! It was literally 30 steps to beach and had glorious sunrises every morning that you looked out the windows. We totally recommend!"

"We booked this house for a spring break trip for 3 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room for everyone. The house has EVERYTHING you need. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, fishing poles, cooler, I could go on and on. Check in was a breeze and the owners were prompt with replies. Would highly recommend. "

"Traveling with preteens, this home was perfect. They practically lived in the pool, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The location is convenient to everything, and the area was great for our daily walks.The only request I would make is a piece of furniture in bedrooms 2 & 3 to unload our luggage.We would definitely stay here again if visiting Cape Coral."

"This is very clean house and stacked with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed swimming in a pool and fishing from the dock while our dog had fun on fully fenced back yard. We got very clear instructions for check in/out so there was no reason to contact anyone. House is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with fee minutes drive to stores and restaurants. We will definitely consider this house again in a future. Thank you to the hosts for such a nice vacation home! "
