"Toes in the Sand was perfect for our family. The backyard space was great! Easy walk to the beach and Publix. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and wagon made the short walk to the beach easy. The area of beach close to us wasn’t crowded so that was a bonus! Farther from restaurants but we were on vacation and not in a hurry to get anywhere. "

"We are a senior couple who have been long time vacationers in Cape Coral. This property is extremely clean, comfortable and in a very quiet friendly neighborhood. If you are looking for a neighborhood where rush hour consists of walkers rather than traffic, this is the place for you. "My family stayed here to be close to the Double Tree Belltower which is the home base for the Red Sox Fantasy Camps. It was clean, with many amenities including hot tub which we used on multiple occasions. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are some basic dry staples including rice, coffee, sugar. Use of the owners' subscriptions on the smart TV was a plus."

Loved the pool, but sorry I didnt scroll down far enough on 1 VACASA message that said that 3 days prior to arrival, request pool heater be turned on. "Sanibel is back! Condo was everything we could ask for! It was well decorated, well stocked with what you need at beach, and location unparalleled! It was literally 30 steps to beach and had glorious sunrises every morning that you looked out the windows. We totally recommend!"

The internet worked wonderful but for some reason it would kick the televisions off or our phones. It would do it at random times. Not sure why. Wouldn't detour us from renting again. "Cute house. Watch out for the really low ceiling in the loft bedroom! Funky, fun area which seems to be slowly but surely recovering from hurricane damage. Traffic is dense due to construction/repair crews. Had a great meal at the Blue Dog Bar just down the street. "
