"The Hostel is very comfortable Nice and modern with a lovely bar on the ground floor. The only negative point is the position,up on the hill,so it's not very easy to reach if you are coming with luggages or buggies and young kids. Overall is a good price for the expensive Lyon."

When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. "Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever.
