"The Hostel is very comfortable Nice and modern with a lovely bar on the ground floor. The only negative point is the position,up on the hill,so it's not very easy to reach if you are coming with luggages or buggies and young kids. Overall is a good price for the expensive Lyon."

"A fabulous little hotel in a fantastic location right in the heart of Lyon’s shopping and restaurants and close to the old town. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Lyon."

"The main photo on hotel site is the building that hotel faces, not hotel itself. The hotel is more like bed and breakfast as it doesn’t have any common areas other than breakfast room. No entrance lobby at all. Not sure why it’s called a hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast. It’s in an excellent area, close to everything. "

"Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever. "This Mercury was very good quality for the price of the room . Traveling with a tween can be challenging to find accommodation but the rooms with double beds were spacious and well equipped. The hotel is only a 15 minutes walk from the commercial heart of the city and to a lot of dining options. "
