"We checked in on a Friday afternoon with no problem at all! The place was clean and quaint! We came with our dog and we could tell right away it was a dog friendly neighborhood which we were happy about! The bed was comfy and the living room was cozy as well with the balcony right off it. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some which was so convenient! Tim’s recommendations were spot on and made for a great trip for us even though it was short! Would definitely stay here if we visit again! "

"Very nice, basic kind of place. We did a lot of beach going and shopping here at at Wrightsville so coming back to this condo was nice as it was quiet, the tenants keep to themselves, the parking is very easy. Only downside was the closest beach access is Periwinkle, which is an easy 2 block walk. "

"If you are looking for amazing oceanfront views right on the beach, this condo is for you! You just cannot beat the location or the gorgeous morning sunrise over the ocean that greets you each day. This unit appears to be a bit older but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very attentive to messages and concerns. We did not mind the steps up to the top floor- the view is worth it! "

The view is amazing with restaurants, bars and shops within a very short walk. Lots of options for dining and entertainment all along the Riverwalk and up and down Water Street. Highly recommend!"
