"This property was perfect! It was within walking distance of two beach access points and the BHI Club. The villa was well stocked with everything that you could need in a home away from home. Plenty of bikes and beach accessories to accommodate my entire family. The interior of the villa was very warm and inviting, clearly a new renovation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Kuddos to Brooke Tripp for taking care of all of our needs and making sure we had a wonderful time. ...

"Place was as roomy as advertised and comfortably fit 5 couples. It’s very vertical with lots of stairs. The elevator is a bit dinky and mostly useful for packing and unpacking but it’s really great for that. The beds were not made when we got there which annoyed everyone. The view is indeed beautiful. The place was overall great, and accommodated our friends trip really well."

"Nicely updated home. Snacks, drinks, toiletries towels and linens provided. Two separate units in one. Loved the dog beds and bowls. Swings under deck are a nice touch. The beach chairs were also great. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again. The only thing that would make it better was a fenced back yard, closer to the beach, golf cart provided and a pool. Loved it!"

"We came for a family wedding and although things were disrupted by because of Hurricane Ian, we still had a good time. We had a couple of minor maintenence issues, one one of which was hurricane related, but response was swift and all taken care of promptly. Kudos to your staff for for coming out in the middle of the hurricane to get a window closed before it blew off! There were no towels and washcloths in the upstairs bath, but plenty in the downstairs baths to share. The only surprise was in...
