"This property was perfect! It was within walking distance of two beach access points and the BHI Club. The villa was well stocked with everything that you could need in a home away from home. Plenty of bikes and beach accessories to accommodate my entire family. The interior of the villa was very warm and inviting, clearly a new renovation. "Place was as roomy as advertised and comfortably fit 5 couples. It’s very vertical with lots of stairs. The elevator is a bit dinky and mostly useful for packing and unpacking but it’s really great for that. The beds were not made when we got there which annoyed everyone. The view is indeed beautiful. The place was overall great, and accommodated our friends trip really well."

We had a couple of minor maintenence issues, one one of which was hurricane related, but response was swift and all taken care of promptly. "Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "
