"Our family of four LOVED Villa Cresta Blanca! It was very clean, spacious, had all amenities including laundry. The view is breathtaking. You could sit on the balcony and look at Lago Maggiore all day and night. Marinella is a wonderful host and we would love to return sometime."

"A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!"

"We sincerely loved our stay at this property in Baveno! The guest house on their property is spacious and very well equipped. They even welcome you to enjoy their large garden. Angie and Alberto were such wonderful hosts greeting us at check-in with wine and pasta and even allowing us to stay an extra night when one member of our party fell ill. They even offered to order us dinner and take us to the train station! You could not feel more welcome then here!"

Die neuen Fenster beschehren der Wohnung eine angenehme Ruhe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 750 m vorhanden, zum Steinstrand sind es ca 300 m. Parkplatz ist empfehlenswert. Zu beachten ist, dass die Hauptverkehrsstraße am Haus vorbei führt."

However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility.
