"Lovely stay at this property right on the lake. The villa itself was spacious and gorgeous. We had 2 families.. 4 adults and 3 teens, and there was space left over for more people. The property had lovely views of the lake from the property and many of the rooms. We could have just stayed at the villa the whole time and been perfectly content with the views, the villa, and swimming in the lake. There were several good restaurants in walking distance. "This historic villa will sweep you away. Such stunning grounds and views. Very clean. Property manager is very helpful and attentive. Location cannot be beat. Super spacious with fantastic library of books. We were sad to leave. Just keep in mind - it's an old house! No air conditioning so adjust expectations for summer months."

"A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!"

"Very spacious 3 floor apartment incl terras with view on the lake. Fantastic place to stay. Sven and Judith (owners) are very friendly and reactive on any request. We would come back any time to enjoy Lago Maggiore and end the day with a nice glass of prosecco with sunset view on the lake. 😍😍😍"

"I thought the villa was spacious and secure with nice views. You will need a car if staying here. Services available with a 10-15 min drive. One thing which could be improved is providing supplies such as garbage bags, more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and soap for kitchen sink and showers, as well as more towels. Laundry facilities are not present in the villa you must find a laundromat. Also provide salt and pepper, tea bags. Thanks "
