"Property was lovely didn’t realise how Far out although only €15 to Adeje in a taxi rank at front door of hotel. Really loved the hotel rooms beautiful and different. Entertainment was great live music every night. Not much around the hotel few shops and places to eat. Food in the sessions buffet great choices. Being inclusive felt at a disadvantage as only allowed to eat in cafe at appointed times. I would not eat in the al a carte as an all inclusive guest again as poor service and...

"We stayed 5 nights at the Barceló Tenerife hotel for my husbands birthday trip this is our 2nd stay here The hotel is only 15 mins from airport The checkin was really quick as we checked in online before arrival The staff at reception were really nice we had the standard room which was very spacious and with balcony area which was lovely rooms were cleaned every day the heated pool was amazing just by the bar area We were all inclusive Drinks were all original and not watered down. ...

"Only stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled but what an excellent hotel this is. Easy check in greeted with a Prosecco, reception staff welcoming friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and wow what a view. Was booked in for breakfast and lots of choice and the food was fresh warm and tasty. Cannot really fault this hotel."

"Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed.
