"The room showed a bit of wear, but you cannot beat the view, and the proximity to Tokyo Station. The staff was fantastic, professional, accomodating. If you don't mind being in the hustle and bustle around Tokyo Station, it's a fantastic stay."

"Very nice hotel. Room are small by US standards but fine for our visit. The best thing for us was that it was directly connected to terminal 3 of the airport. We had a 14 hour flight into Tokyo and being able to walk across the terminal to our hotel was extremely convenient and easy. We were able to shop a bit before going to sleep. In the morning, a short elevator ride to the departure terminal to catch our early flight. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was a nice mix of western and Asian food. I would definitely book this hotel traveling in and out of Tokyo in the future. "

"Close to shops and walkable distance from train stations. It's actually away from the sketchier part of Shinjuku so you don't encounter the touts on your walking path to main shopping area or the train stations. I have stayed there twice and will be staying s third time when I visit again in a few days."
