"Lovely hotel The annexe area is very tired and the bathrooms need updating. The spa was ok but could benefit from an upgrade and maybe some soft relaxing music in the treatment rooms. The staff were ok. No one ‘went the extra mile’ let’s say. Staff need to be more customer focused at times felt like they were putting themselves out to accommodate us when it should be that nothing was too much trouble especially in the spa. This didn’t spoil our stay though. "

" A fabulous build converted in to a great hotel located in the historic Catherdral quarter. We had a junior double at the back for one night. Super quiet comfy bed and fab shower and bath. Definitely recommend. Located near some great old historic pubs,art galleries the amazing Museum of Making and the Cathedral."

"The hotel was excellent, the staff were brilliant and so friendly. The room was great with a massive bed. The food at dinner was 5 star and great portions as well. Breakfast was really good. All in all a perfect stay at a top hotel."
