"The staff was SO FRIENDLY. Loved everyone we encountered. Kids had a great time in the indoor pool and the rooms were very comfortable. Paying to park is crazy to me. This isn’t a flyable city so that is so bizarre? Expedia sent me a lot of wrong information, such a the pool being closed (it wasn’t) and stressing that I needed to download an app and check in with contactless key. After 20 minutes of frustration and error messages I went inside and the nice people were able to explain to me that this is not the process at all. Expedia responded to none of my messages so it’s better to book this hotel directly! "

"Pool was not available due to renovation and elevator went out a couple of times but staff and facility as a whole were accommodating to the best of their availability I would stay here again compared to other places in the area "

"The KINDEST staff ever! I booked LATE, and walked in maybe 10 minutes after booking, and they had my room pulled up & papers to sign! Checking out , I turned in my room keys & didn't expect to get a receipt because, usually, when I book through Hotels.com, the hotels tell me to print my receipt from Hotels.com! This hotel is off to itself, easy in and out. A great spot to stay when traveling and you don't want to fight traffic in the bigger towns."
