"Large, spacious property ideally located for our daughter's wedding in Binissalem. Plenty of parking, large garden, nice pool and lots of sitting areas. Diego was an excellent host and we enjoyed his company."

"Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much"

"Rosa was a gracious host. Communication was great. Super helpful when I asked questions. The villa was spotless. The owner even gave us a bottle wine, water and huge bowl of oranges and lemons. The driveway up to the house is very steep. But that’s typical of the area. Get a small car and pack light. We shopped in Palma before we got to the house. That said, the grocery store in town was well stocked that we did not need to do that. We lived our stay and would love to return to Mallorca some...

"Just coming home after a lovely week in Costa D’en Blanes. Very comfortable, relaxing environment. Excellent outside area with pool. The owners checked us in and were very hospitable and informative and created a wonderful welcome for us, which created the ambience for the holiday. Would highly recommend. "

"The villa is beautiful with amazing views. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Location is a short drive to the nearby towns. The villa is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need besides food, but there is a small grocery store nearby. "

"Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!"

We were sent email asking to keep windows & doors shut to avoid use of aircon This suggests air con was provided. There were mediocre fans provided - noisy & not fit for purpose. Kitchen old. "We had 8 adults staying here for two weeks. We mostly rock climbed and toured around site seeing. It was a great location and house for all of us as it was quite and just a few minutes drive from Pollensa and centrally located so that we could get to other nearby areas quickly. Highly recommend the house if you want a quite place to stay but near enough to towns and attractions to enjoy the area."
